For our 23rd Anniversary, we took some credit card For our 23rd Anniversary, we took some credit card benefits and treated ourselves to a night at the Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage. Stunning property and the service is so genuine. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite and can you even deal with the size of that shower?! Oh, and I realized later we actually had TWO bathrooms!! Unbelievable. We had a great time with the staff at the Club Lounge and the food, so good. Not a bad value for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert if you don’t want to go anywhere. The staff even sent us off with an anniversary gift and handmade card❤️. Forever memories made.
Are you cold? Warm up with a summer throwback to Are you cold? Warm up with a summer throwback to Pt.2 in NYC! Plus, there is never a bad time for coffee and gelato😍.

LOVED Leonessa Rooftop Bar - If you’re itching for some Italian Coastal Vibes head over to Leonessa for an Aperol Spritz and fantastic views of lower Manhattan! The yellow cabana striped awnings add the perfect touch to a delightful spot for aperitifs.

Ariston Flowers and Coffee - it just so happens a dear friend from college was also in the city at the same time and we discovered this gorgeous flower and coffee shop near Union Square. Not only was the coffee delicious, the ambiance was perfect for catching up, with tons of beautiful blooms in view. Cute place for a little break!

Madison Square Park - wasn’t a scheduled stop but we walked through on the way to our favorite gelato shop and it turned into such a highlight.
Park goers chatted around cafe tables and the meandering path took us past the prettiest flowers to where we saw an open field of FIREFLIES😍😍. Something I had not seen since I was a little kid. It definitely cued up some nostalgic vibes.

Gelateria Gentile has a few locations in Manhattan. We’ve been to 3 of them and they’re all charming and amazingly delicious. They do gelato the artisan way - served from covered metal containers using spatulas, not scoops. No neon colors , just pure flavorful goodness. We will be in NYC again this Christmas and yes, we will be stopping there!

The Oculus - a transportation hub and shopping mall like no other located at the World Trade Center. We caught our train to JFK from there and it’s just a visual marvel to walk through every time.

I hope you enjoyed this reel and capsule of some fun things to check out next time you’re in NYC!
NYC Pt.1 Mini Vlog DO NOT MISS @popupbagels I re NYC Pt.1 Mini Vlog

Watch to the end for my cool cinematic outro🤩
Cannot recommend this 4 day royal Caribbean cruise Cannot recommend this 4 day royal Caribbean cruise from LA to Catalina Island and Ensenada, Mexico more highly!! It was the perfect length and perfect for the entire family, including multiple generations. In this series I’ll be talking about the entertainment, the food, the activities, the port of call and my personal tips if I were to do it again! What questions do you have about this four-day cruise?
Happy Father’s Day to all you who dad out there an Happy Father’s Day to all you who dad out there and to this dad. You lead by example in love and wisdom, and we are so grateful for you. Love you so much, Matthew Richey 💙💙!
I had no idea this awesome Alpine Coaster even exi I had no idea this awesome Alpine Coaster even existed in Leavenworth until this visit. It’s super close to town, and in addition to the coaster they have a climbing wall (which we didn’t do). It’s a fun addition to whatever else you’re doing. Not super long and the views from the top are awesome! I love coasters and this one was definitely a thrill. Things to know, any hat other than a backwards baseball cap WILL fly off and if you want to bring your phone, make sure you have a secure pocket to store it once you get going. Everything else I would leave in the car or they do provide you with handbag storage that they keep behind the counter.
Would definitely do again and reasonably priced at $20 for one ride and $36 for two rides!
Our go-to ice cream in Seattle! We love Molly Moo Our go-to ice cream in Seattle! We love Molly Moons for their inventive flavors and their Vegan options. The coconut milk based offerings are perfect for those avoiding dairy and they are indistinguishable from regular ice cream! MUST GO! #supportlocalbusiness
